Questions, problems, bugs or ideas: we read everything.
Our Discord is where to reach us first. Ask in in-game support and the team and other players answer there, usually much faster than by email.
For the bot, ask in bot-help instead. Anything you'd rather not post where others can read it, such as a payment, email us:
So we can help quickly
- Your lord's name and the email your account is under.
- What happened, and when (the date and roughly the time).
- For a bug: what you clicked, what you expected and what you saw. A screenshot helps a lot.
- For a battle: the battle report, or the coordinates of the cities involved.
Before you write
- Forgot your password? Use “Forgot your password?” on the login page: we email you a code to set a new one.
- How does something work? The FAQs may already answer it.
We never ask for your password. Nobody from the Citavon team will ever ask you for it, by email, on Discord or in the game.
